Regarding No Show - Reservations or fake bookings?

Good Morning, Team of Booking.com

We would like to draw your attention that in the past few days we have received inquiries for reservations but this clients never showed up, let me share the reservations numbers of them:

1.   ***  March/05th till 12th 

2.  ***  March/07th till 17th 

We continue receiving inquiries without names for example *** and booking number *** for Condominiums Libertad.

We hope to be assisted with this problem.  Thank you!

Hi Janice,

 

Other than all you need to do is mark them as No Show, what other questions do you have?

 

If you leave it too late to mark them as no Show then simply send message to Partner Support with that instruction

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
