Hi there,

I am getting a message 'Do you have a VAT registration?'

My situation is that I pay tax here in the Canary Islands where I am fiscally resident. So I tried to reply yes, whereupon it then asks for my VAT number.

I put in my Spanishi National Identiy Number (NIE), but it doesn't accept it. I wonder if you can help me with this one?

Posting something like this will not result in any action at all.



Spanish EEU VAT number format is 

X12345678, 12345678X, X1234567X 9 characters.

Includes one or two alphabetical characters (first or last or first and last).


Is this what you are using? unfortunately  Partners here cannot really assist further so if you are still struggling to add it please phone BdC Support.
