Hi all,

I would like to reimburse the cancellation fees to a guest who cancelled because of the covid-19. He has already cancelled. Can you please let me know how to do this.

If the guest has cancelled directly via the BdC website there is nothing to do.


Please elaborate the scenario more if this is not the case.


If you meant the system auto charges cancel fee then you can simply message BdC support  via Extra net> Inbox> Booking Messages, click on See contact options.

Yes the guest has directly cancelled and the system has automatically charged cancellation fees.
