Reports for cancelled bookings and loss of earnings for insurance claim

Hi Does anyone know if it is possible to produce a report of cancelled bookings that shows what the payment would have been rather than showing a zero payout.  We need to produce one for our business interruption insurance claim but I can't see how to find it anywhere?

Hi Terri,

You would have to put it together yourself using the monthly statements.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi Brook Ave, on my system that only shows the money that came in, not the value of the bookings that were cancelled so it doesn't really help.  The only way I can work out how to do it is to go into every cancelled booking and print off the whole history which for a years worth of Covid cancellations is a big task.

Are these posts monitored by a booking.com staff member that could help?

I find it impossible to get hold of them via message or email.

Yes it is indeed a significant task, but at end of the day no one will be doing it for you;  you really do have to do it yourself if you want that info in that specific way.
