We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Request Extra night funds

How do I collect funds from a guest who wants to come in a day earlier.  It is available?   Do I go to my calendar and “open for one day” so they can book the day before?

I ask them to pay the extra by bank transfer - I give them a slight discount as I won't have the 15% Booking.com charges and, because they pay by bank transfer, they can't cancel

They want to use the C on file. But I think I found out you can request additional fees day before check in. Probably with fees!

In your reservation tab you can change days and rate if you want.
