Reschedule of reservations during coronavirus pandemic
Could you please consider to change the reschedule of reservation button/mode? At least give a response to guests how it works at Booking.com. A lot of our customers are willing to reschedule but they are afraid that waiting until a day before the check in date that they will be charged as no show and that they will loose their money. Since many guests are afraid with all the pandemic issues, they will feel forced to cancel which will be worse for small hotels and bed & breakfast.
