The client reserved my house on January 6, but he never answered my messages, the reservation is from January 22 to 28 and the truth is I don't know what to do

That is normal for some Guests, simply wait until check-in date until the morning after, and if Guest has not checked in, mark it as a No Show.


Or contact BdC Partner Support and ask them to ring the Guest to  check on them or phone them yourself.


Under Policies make sure to enable Guest Phone number is mandatory.



  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
