I have my first reservation and my guest canceled it.
U make me an invoice for the reservation.
Did the guest cancel via the booking.com system? Under your cancellation policy did they still have to pay? Lots of things can mean you have to pay.
Look into reports in Finance that show how Commission is calculated and you should find the reason.
