A reservation for a guest currently staying in my property

I have 2 guests currently staying in my property for work reasons. The booking was for 31st January to the 9th February. I received a message this morning saying they want to check out on the 5th now as the work will be completed earlier then they original. How can the guest change the check out date and get a refund for the nights not stayed?

If I go into the reservation to try and change it the box is greyed out and I'm not able to change it for them.

Message Finance Topic

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Finance
  5. Now choose Subtopic
  6. Follow prompts.

 

 

 


 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
