Posting something like this will not result in any action at all.
You are NOT allowed to approve bookings, as its part of the agreement you signed on joining.
All bookings are auto confirmed by the BdC system based on availability shown in your calendar.
You manage your availability in Calendar and if a guest search and finds a match showing its open then they can book it.
There will never be an option to queue bookings, for approval by Partner.
While you could contact the guest directly to cancel it, and they agree to it and will click accept on the request notification,
if they decide no they do not agree and BdC support or Guest Customer Service gets involved ,
you will end up with an invoice for the relocation of their booking from BdC.
So first decide is it worth cancelling it and then having to pay or leave it as is.
