Dear Sir/Madam,

Two clients made reservations at the beginning of last week 10th May. Neither has paid a deposit. I have written to both of them requesting confirmation of their booking and payment of a deposit.  I have not got a response from either client.

I can understand the reluctance to pay deposits this year but how do I manage my lettings if my clients are not responding?

Can I cancel the bookings without penalty?

Yes once the time limit for deposit min 24 h after reservation placed, you then open the details page, click Request Cancel, option1 and follow the steps.

I think it can take up to 48 hours from then for it to fully process.
