Reservations

I have a problem with reservations on my homes. People are reserving from armenia, russia,... People from this countries never show up and this is a part of the scam just to occupy my homes at the middle of the season. Please make an option for me to cancel reservation any time and that is the only way I can avoid these paid scammers.

At the end of the day, the only realistic method is to enable :

  • Deposit or prepay partial or full  
  • Consider setting to Non refundable too.  
  • When they fail to comply after (24 hours minimum), you can use the Request Cancel, then option1.  
  • Then follow up with Partner Support by phone or message to ensure it is cleared quickly.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
