We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Saved cards

In my finance section of extranet where I pay booking.com bills I have some credit cards saved. How can I delete them?

If you cannot delete them maybe you should contact directly booking.com to do it for you.

The first thing I did - "contact directly booking.com".

Unlucky they answered something very abstract as always there was no real support.

Unlucky it is not possible - when I edit my profile and click "save" I get the following: "Your current password is missing or incorrect; it's required to change the Email."

And there are no fields to enter password or "change email". And why would "change email" at all? I am happy with the current.

This forum looks just buggy and unfinished and I got here from my extranet page directly to creating new message and there was no introduction or request to "add photo...add your property link". One would suppose it uploads automatically from his extranet personal office, wouldn't he?

There is no option to add picture to profile. When clicking Edit only language and time zone are options to change and save. At least this is true for my account.

Thank you Sergei, now the situation a bit changed: I can TRY to add picture to the profile, but nothing uploaded. Tried a few jpg files ~3-4Mb , nothing uploaded.

Hi Sergei, today I was able to upload my picture to the profile. Exactly the same file that failed previously a few times. I don't know what's going on... Anyway thanks for your help

Unfortunately, the image box  doesnt work well....sometimes it works fine....sometimes it does not work....Grrrrr

I tried to upload a screen shot to help another partner and it doesnt work today...

Maybe tomorrow...

Of course I can. As requested by someone who never introduced herself M Adamopoulou I tried to add my photo and property link as it seems a reasonable request for me.

However I find it incorrect that I go from extranet where all these info already present and I have to enter it again and it doesn't work anyways. 

Look what I get when I click "save":

I don't know what "Alternative text" is but it is required.

Ok, I see it. Let's do both things separately. Can I ask you to first upload your image? Let's see if you see this message. And after that let's try to add the link. If you still see the message, please, try to add https://www.booking.com instead of your property link and see if it allows you to save your changes. 

I think there is probably a problem with the link you're trying to add.

Are you also sure that the image itself meets the requirements? I mean the size and type of file.

Unfortunately, your issue with the credit card information is not clear since we do not give the option to save the credit cards in our system, only your bank details. 

 

If you mean your bank details, unfortunately, you cannot remove them you can update them.

 

If you pay online you may have saved the credit cards (that you use to pay your invoices) in your browser and the system takes them automatically every time that you select to pay online. In that case, you will have to delete the cookies of your computer, that way everything that has been saved in the website will be deleted. (credit card info, usernames, passwords, etc.)

I'm sorry to hear that. I wouldn't say that everybody is happy with the forum, there are a lot of things to improve. Our team is working on it. We literally build this Community together with our partners.

The problems with uploading images and links are not usual or normal. So I'm trying to help and figure out why you cannot edit your profile. Don't give up, we are almost there. :)
