We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Thank you for your email and support to us as always. We have noted there is a difference in our payment at IDR 192,253net as on invoice before there is the difference in the amount returned for reservations on behalf of Rebecca Jamieson. Please find the details below :
 
We charge into guest credit card as per original booking on booking.com at IDR 3,493,512 net
Booking.com invoicing us for returned payment and we have paid             at IDR 3,685,765 net
Difference amount we have paid more to booking.com                               at IDR   192,253 net
