Setting up permission to view guest credit card details

Hi, I have set up our property to accept credit card payments, but when a guest books with us I cannot see their card details. It is grayed out in their booking information and it says that I do not have permission. I am the admin user so cannot understand why this is happening. Also, I have not received any VCC information from What am I doing wrong?

All of that is correct and how it should be.


You can only view that info the day after check-in


Its in the FAQ since around April 2020 and to be fair to BdC they did announce it too.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Many thanks BrookAve. I've checked my settings and FAQ but it still says that my account is not set up for this. I have sent messages to BdC but haven't received any reply. Guess I'll just have to wait until they do.
