Smartflex - how to check expected salary when Booking won't find replacement

Hello, how can i find expected payment from Booking if they won't find replacement for cancelled reservation (Smartflex)?

Is there possible to check it anywhere in Extranet? Someone cancelled 7-days reservation and I would like to know what to do: 1) letting Booking to find guests or 2) finding guests on my own ignoring Smartflex "recompensation".

  • Reservation details page
  • Sections to click and expand to look at
    • Payment Details - Payment Status - Booking.com handles your payment.
    • Smart Flex rooms summary > click to expand it
    • Room Type Name  > click to expand it for breakdown

 

  • Do not make changes to the dates covered by Smart Flex bookings unless you are removing restrictions entirely.
  • If a smart flex guest cancels, you do absolutely nothing but wait to get paid.
    • If only some of the dates get replacement guests, guest is covering payment for those dates.
    • The remaining dates if no replacement found
      • BdC pay you the original rate only if you do not modify it.
      • So dont make changes.
         
  • Having said that there is one thing you CAN do
    • If you know you have a walk-in or direct booking request, nothing stopping you from manually closing those dates and accepting the direct booking.

Thank You very much for help! I've one more question: what if someone will reserve one of these dates by Airbnb? Should I've blocked these dates in Airbnb or it will be treaten by Booking as a modification/reservation on another platform? Greetings

You cant use Airbnb unless you have a channel manager as it will end in tears and relocation invoices
