Someone booked my entire property and will not show up
When we opened the property, the rates for all december were the same, until we changed it, but in the meantime, someone made a reservation and we canceled because rates were too low for that period. We changed the rated and the customer that made the first reservation got frustrated and booked all the property for the new years evening and he will not show up. He booked it because we have free cancellation and he'll cancel in about 2 weeks
What should I do next? I know he'll not show up because he said, but now my property has no rooms available until he cancels. How can I cancel his bookings and block him?
