We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Still no payment received from booking.com

Booking.com keep just giving me one line responses to payments ive been due for over a week. 

I find it absolute ridiculous that they leave you with no information or help to sort matters out yet take the commission and expect you to carry on taking bookings without payment for guests that have already stayed. 

Any advice on how to sort this out?

I had the same situation last month. they paid with 2 weeks delay and didn't take their comission. The same is in this month I think. It is already 14th and I didn't get my money yet.
