suspend my account for 14 days

i had my account suspented for 14 days ?

i been charge for a reservation that was not refandable and card was invalid and hotel chancel reservation ....after days quest made a reservation direct with as

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’
