We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Taxe de sejour

Hello, I would like you to collect the taxe de sejour for me as an additional charge to guests. Ihunk my current settings include this in my price and then I report and pay. Is that correct?

As your partner profile is incomplete and property link missing I cannot review your listing publically to see the issue.

Kindly please add it in, see How-To guide link below.


I know you can define under Extranet> Property Menu, various services on offer.


I am not sure you can unless there is some generic one.


Alternatively you might as well message the finiance department to see if they can add it in.
