We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

U never help

No guests have come ever stayed at my property till now hence nothing is due to you as simple as that - to contact u as it is IMPOSSIBLE ? wasted lots of phone calls on IVR round and round on your gurgaon Nos in the past - delist us ? most horrible system you have ? no guests mean nothing due to you ? not even re 1 recd yet fyki ? got it - i do not want a co where one has to chat with robots on facebook / messenger  etc - extranet useless system for your own use only ? one sided your systems will never be acceptable by us atleast ? plus without proper booking with  photo id proofs of all  and payments nothing is acceptable  got it ?  useless co booking.com . this is not a walk in walk out joint fyki  ok

i wrote a full meassage fyki - you did not want to read fine - no guest actually stayed - stop acting you know nothing sent atleast 20 messages by now approx ? stop acting ok not interested in such a co as yours now ? i simply wasted my time energy effort ? last meaasge too explainedc EXACTLY ?

When is the last time that you had contact with booking dot com?

and what was it about?

If all your information is set up online for guests to read, can you see it?

Did you get a confirmation code from Booking dot com? If you have not received that, request one again and your listing should be available. Ask a friend who also does Booking dot com to see if you have done the correct things already.

Aaltje.B - ok if you are a host yourself but i regret i gave my details to this co ? no guests - no money received so what comm do they expect as simple as that ? try contacting Gurgaon nos given just keep on hold hours together and waste money that is all ? plus i first need a written booking with all details of guests - amounts and if i have space available then simple this is not a walk in without notice set up ?

I even need full photo ids of guests in advance and on checking in too ?

No help even trying to ask - and on face book messenger - only7 robots come it seems - you give a question like whose coming when ???? either no answer or u want room in nethgerlands ? crazy people ? I only wasted my time no more time enery effort to waste with booking.com bye
