Unable to collect payment online

We would like to receive the payments online before arrival of the guests,is there an option to activate pre-payment option ?

Hi

 

So in order to take prepayment before arrival you must setup such a service with a 3rd party .

 

Then you set the prepayment method and time limit (min 24h) into your new reservation message template.

 

BdC payment service options will not allow prepayment to you before arrival.

i.e. Bdc Online Payments & Payments by Booking.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
