Unable to contact Malaysia Customer Services

Hi guys,

Malaysia have imposed that hotels will need to close down from 18/3/2020 - 31/3/2020.

However, in between those dates, we received a payment from the customer.

Question: I wish to cancel the reservation but customer service no. cant get through.




Open the reservation and click on cancel.


If you received direct prepayment, then message the guest and then refund their payment method.


Also guests have the option to start a cancellation via the website and no need for either of ye to ring BdC.


Phoning at this extremely busy time is not efficient, simply use Extranet >Inbox> Booking Messages > click on button to reveal message button.


quote booking number etc and use this for partial refund method on non refundable bookings I would recommend.
