We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Uncollected Virtual Card Payments

Hi all,

Just finished my first 6 months in this business, and I can see that I've made mistakes!

I've found two unprocessed virtual card payments and I think that there must be more. Is there a way to list all unprocessed ones, rather than search individually?

You could message finance team to run a filter and export all unpaid bookings
