Unknown Reservation

Hello, I have a reservation from you that is not in my system? When I came to this website, it's not listed either. But I received it from Expedia Group in my Hilton email.

Its a little strange what you are saying, as it seems like your stating then answering your own question, and concluding it has nothing to do with BdC at all.

Are you listed on two or more OTAs?

How are you managing calendars, when the cal sync is not reliable, without the use of a 3rd party service called Channel Manager

 

see cloudbeds.com , nobeds.com etc for examples.

 

Note: this has been covered 100s of times, BdC ical sync is :

  • Only available when each room type has an inventory count of 1 only
  • Does not initiate Cal Sync automatically nor instantly when there is a new booking.
  • Only syncs outbound once every 3 hours or so.

 

Simply logon to each OTA you are listed on and check those reservation lists.

 

 

Not sure why you mention ' hilton email' as again that has nothing to do with anyone but you.
