Unpaid invoice by booking.com

Hello,

I wanted to know whether anyone had any issues receiving payment from booking.com on bank transfer. I recently changed my booking reservation by asking booking.com to take payment but I haven’t receive my payment from booking.com. Booking.com is trying to solve the problem since January, I’m not sure what’s happening.

Hello! -Vmjvilla and welcome to the forum.

Booking.com handles my payments and so far have no problems. I remember though that some partners had some problems last February but said that matter has been settled.

Maybe you should call your local BDC office and ask them to support you....

Can someone please help me! I haven't received my payment from Booking.com. It was supposed to hit my bank on 8th May - it still hasn't arrived. What is happening? I'm getting very worried and very annoyed. I've "updated" my bank details - even though nothing has changed with my bank since i opened an account with you back in 2016. You keep telling me you'll get someone to ring me - no one has. Can you please confirm when payment will be received

Unfortunately you have to insist on calling your BDC local office or send message request. This month many partners have had same problem as you. This is only a forum where partners exchange their ideas and experiences and help one another.
