Unpaid invoices. Finance department wont answer

I am beyond exasperated. Has anybody managed to speak to the b.com finance department to no-avail since July. They simply do not answer. Emails to my extranet have not been responded to. Booking.com owe me a lot of money and they are just simply ignoring me. Im at the point of seeking legal action and suing them

I was the same but have just received a refund .

No contact or explanation from them just the money into my bank account
