You should email the Finance team at booking.com and find out what the problem is and what you need to do to resolve it.  Use the Inbox icon in Extranet.

Hello Shahrizal Suib! Thank you for posting in the Community! A delay in the payment can result from missing bank details or in case you recently uploaded or changed them! Please check under the tab Finance and then choose "Bank details". You should be able to see the status. In case everything is correct in that section, please do contact us via the "Financial overview" option for further assistance. Best of luck!

your term "missing bank details" may refer to whom? Me as a host the guest? I'm afraid the the term "updated credit card" is more accurate to my question

Yes, I changed the bank for payout option. But I changed it just recently (17 Feb 20) and more than 2 weeks after check out (31 jan 20). But it does not reflect to the status above as I'm aware the switching will take some time.

Hi Shahrizal Suib, thanks for the reply and giving us a little bit more of context. If you recently changed your bank details, and they are still under validation (usually it takes 3-4 days from the changing date) we would need some time to arrange the payout to your bank account, despite the check out of the guest was done on the 31st of January.

Hi Community Admin the bank details already activated on 22 Feb. Still no amount received up till now. Please settle this matter soonest possible
