Updating bank account details

Hi everyone, has anyone had the issue where they need to update bank account details to the country where the property is located but you don't have a bank account there? I am based somewhere else but the tool won't allow me enter the bank account of my home country. Tried without success to reach the finance department. Any tips welcome, thanks!

It has always been a requirement for local account , contact a local bank and find out the requirements and procedure to open a local bank account.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
