Urgent - stop listing my property. How to delete? Also refund guest’s funds

Dear Sir/Madame.

I was not yet completing registration of my property and yet surprisingly it’s already published without my consent.

Now a customer chased me to get her money back as she already booked my property while it’s unavailable. 

Please return her funds. Also, please inform me how to delete my property from listing.

Please have in mind that in the meantime you can close all your rooms so guests cannot make reservations.
