I have PDV (vat) number, but your system rejected my number. What shall I do?


There have been quite a few comments on the forum about this.  Appears to be a bug in the system.


Contact the help team using Inbox icon on Extranet.  They should be able to give you detail.


Hello Ernest Drascic! Welcome to the Partner Community. Thanks for sharing this with us. What country VAT are you trying to enter? The product team is aware of this issue. They are working on fixing it. As far as I know from them and other fellow partners in the Community, the issue is already fixed for the Greek market.
