Dear Sir or Madam,


I am writting to you, because i received a mail by booking, in order to apply my VAT number. I tried several times, but for some reason your system does not recognise it, so i can not register it to the system.

I don't know what else i shloud do and since I have to register it, till the end of the month, will you please let me know what might happen, or what else i can do?

I will wait for your answer.

You have posted this on the partner forum so we are unable to resolve this.  However, there are quite a few posts recently from hotels having similar problems which seems to be a bug on the system.  Have a check through earlier posts for information or contact the help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet.

I am so sorry. I posted by mistake, while i was trying different ways to contact with booking. I already texted to booking for that mistake. I don't know how i can delete that.

When I wrote it, i didn't notice it was the partner booking.

Since your product team is still trying to resolve this bug does that mean that will extend due date without any penalty for us hosts that cannot register our VAT number ???


Hey M AdamopoulouAuntie's Home! The recent news I can share is that the developers team fixed the bug for the Greek market. And the product team is making sure our connection to VIES works smoothly. The final testing maybe will take a little more time.
