VAT Resistration problem from Greece

Dear Sirs, 

I have also problem regarding of my Greek VAT registration in your system. 

Always say invalid.. 

The expire day is end of May. 

What I will do?

It seems many greeks are reporting this on here, but it would be better if you message the support team instead so action can be taken.

Extranet > Inbox > Booking Messages > 

Right pane click See Contact Options to reveal. Set topic, sub topic.


Now where it says None of these help? click on contact us.


This does two things it reveals the message method and on right it reveals your partner support phone number.

Hello TONY POLAKIS! Thanks for flagging this problem. From what I managed to find out, it looks like some partners are facing this kind of difficulty. The good thing is that the product team is fully aware of the problem, and that our partners mention it in the Partner Community. So right now the team is working on the ways to solve it. It will probably take time.

So please let me know in the comments if you still see this problem after a few days. 


Hello TONY POLAKIS! The recent news I can share is that the developers team fixed the bug for the Greek market. And the product team is making sure our connection to VIES works smoothly. The final testing maybe will take a little more time.
