Guest booked and paid booking.com virtual card pmnt..unfortunately he soon after had to cancel the reservation, about 2 hours expired..i requested the cancellation and waivered any fees..he is asking how does he get his money back. admin.booking.com shows canceled with price zero and commission zero.
We are registered with Nightsbridge and received the cancellation from booking.com via them and they can't tell me if booking.com will refund the guest and suggested i make contact directly, which I have no idea how to as all is FAQ's. I eventually came across the current option - conversation with partners.
Question is does booking.com refund the guest in full and when after a VC payment and cancellation without any cancellation fees?
