Recently I have been receiving bookings with a VCC, however, the total that comes through on the email is for a zero amount. Am I able to charge the guests the correct amount for the room using the zero VCC if I put the amount in the charge column manually?

hmm not entirely sure what you mean but...


VCC will only be revealed on day two of stay.


the ntry charging it for the full amount, if issues, contact partner support.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
