We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

VCC not working

Good morning

We have a booking with a VCC and have put the card through Eftpos several times and it says Card invalid

Same here  my booking was a last minute bookingb for today but i cannot access the VCC until tomorrow? My guess is they are just holding onto the funds to generate a bit of interest on the money. Not happy

Lets not overthink it and wind ourselves up.  Just wait a few days and retry.

Also send a message to the finance team so they will know its not just one or two people.

 

Extranet > Finance > overview , to see the info.

Why should we have to wait a few days? VCC should be active on the day of booking. It is any other time. Why the change and no notification?

we have decided to change the activation date for our VCC to one day after check-in, so we kindly suggest to give it a try on the second day of stay of your guest.

As of yesterday, we have decided to change the activation date for our VCC to one day after check-in, so we kindly suggest to give it a try on the second day of stay of your guest.

Moreover, please be aware that the amount is stored in the VCC for 18 months, so it is a secure payment.

Last but not least, we kindly recommend you to NOT send any request to our Financial Department as above mentioned, as they aren't the ones in charge of issuing the Virtual Credit Card on behalf of the guest.
