Virtual card non payment from booking.com
After a couple of weeks of trying to get paid from b.com for the monies owed on your vcc system, and getting the run around over and over again. Im wondering just what it will take to receive payment from you?
Ive been told that there is a know bug in the system and the vcc will be reissued. After 2 weeks and unlimited phone calls even with management im no further ahead and still unpaid. Around $1300 has expired since we started to try and collect from our after covid start up. With another $4k still outstanding
Why wont anyone there help us? I think its because we a a small mum and pop business and we dont matter. You should be ashamed of your abismal treatment of us.
Please pay us or will we be forced to waste more money on a lawyer?
