Hello all,

We are a small business and have recently reopened only for national travellers. One of our guests paid by virtual credit card, which I haven't dealt with before. In the meantime the company we used to process credit card payments, has stopped their service. Now I don't know how to claim the money they have paid to booking.com. Any sugestions? Thanks in advance for your time!
