Virtual Credit Card Payment

My client paid via a virtual credit card. What do I do if it says 'your account is not set up to view this information' ? Your help will be much appreciated.

As a fellow partner here in the Uk. Do you have a channel manger dealing with all your bookings from different OTA so you can see the card details of the guests and virtual cards are also stored on these channel mangers so you can take payment with the details from there.
