Virtual credit cards
We have a guest arriving today who has “paid” via virtual credit card. We ask for payment in advance and are not happy to give our key code out if we haven’t got the funds before. We are not sure how this system works and even if she has actually paid. So firstly : can you confirm that you have taken the payment from her card? Can you confirm that you will pay us and explain how that will happen and finally can you stop this system so that clients don’t have this option in future so they pay us directly?
