Virtual credit cards
I have a virtual credit card problem, the guest has checked in and checked out but I cannot charge the virtual card because there is no CVC number showing. I have made several phone calls to C/S each with the same outcome, "I will pass this on to the relevant department". Why can I not speak to the relevant department??? This situation has been ongoing for one week now, I need access to the funds that I am entitled to but booking.com seem unable and unwilling to help me. All I want is to be able to charge the card and get paid for the booking, not difficult, but booking.com are making it impossible. I wonder what would happen if I owed them money????
