Hi everyone i am new in booking.com i have questions how to receive my payment from guest no show
If the guest booked as pay at hotel and you don't have any means of processing off-line credit/debit cards then you cannot.If this is the case be sure when logging the the guest as a no show that you also waive all charges. If you don't BDC will charve you commission on the booking you weren't paid for.
