We do not accept credit cards, how do we get the cancellation fee? Will Booking.com automatically credit my account?

Hallo 1superfunlife,

we had no credit card facilities before neither. The only way I could get a chance to make sure that costs - cancellation fees - are covered was by charging the deposit of 50% at day of booking made. It somewhere said in the e-mails in those days, that we as the accommodation provider are responsible, and make sure to collect the deposit payment. This was mostly then paid via e.f.t. and guests haven't been really happy about the costs involved. It is a lot of writing to charge the cancellation fee, sometimes we had no response at all.

Now, that we work with nighstbridge/paybridge there are no more problems at all.

Otherwise, I always speak to one of the Booking.com consultants if I have any issues.
