WebDirect customer booking problem with payments

Hi,

We are having customers call us, trying to book on our website(webdirect) getting to payment and then payment is being refused as though funds are not available on their card, they are then going to booking.com directly to book, using exactly the same details and the booking is being processed.

Has anyone else had customers calling saying they cannot book on your webdirect site with payments being refused?
