weekly rate discount given to 3 night stay

I just got a booking for 3 nights, but the guests were given a 20% weekly rate discount. My weekly rate is set to minimum 7 days. How can that be?

That sounds like a misconfiguration. Best to contact partner support to review setup as we cannot see it.

let us know what it turns out to be so it can be shared with other partners, having same issue.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
