welcoming my first guest next week, payment issue.

Hi, 

I am welcoming my first guest next week, I am not so sure about the payment, how it will work? how booking will get their commission? what amount should i charge my guests? 

this is not clear to me, also, I put the promotion price for the first bookings only, now all bookings I have under the promo price, how can I end it?

your prompt response is highly appreciated.

Hi

Reminder this is NOT BdC you are addressing (no partner support nor finance teams).

 

By default there is no payment provider agreement in place so you have to decide how you are going to collect payment.

 

Then you put the details into the New Reservation message template or sign up for Payments By BdC or BdC Online Payments (requires a 3rd party payment gateway provider to charge VCC/CC).

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’

  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
