What can I do if I forgot to click the no show button before expiry.

I had a guest who did not show up a month ago and I forgot to click no show. What can I do?

I would suggest to you to contact immediately booking.com because you will probably have to pay commission...

It is usually enough to include the reference and action request note in a message.


In the Finance Menu, Docs & Invoice, you can tick dispute line item [a reservation]  in the reservations list.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
