When is Booking going to pay my money?
On October 19th a guest stayed in my place, paid with an account transfer, but Booking did not transfer the amount to my account. By the way, your company already charged me the value for Booking services but is giving a horrible service. If Booking had any problem to pay me, I don't understand why you did not contact me, because you always contact me when need to charge something. I hope you answer me as soon as possible. The property ID is 5*** and the reservation code is **** (510 Brazilian Real). Thanks.
