Why am I being asked to pay an invoice?

I've been with Booking. com since March 2020 and have received a good number of bookings which have all been paid to my bank account via

However, I am being asked to make a payment for our October bookings and I have to pay this by 16 November. This is in red and the bank details of are provided.

I don't know why this is, surely it must be automatic.

So you activated "Payments by" where collects all the guest payments. Are you sure that on the invoice is not written something like:

"Please be informed that this invoice may (partly) be settled with your payout in accordance with the relevant (payment) clauses of our General Delivery Terms. In case this invoice amount is higher than the payout, please follow the payment instructions mentioned below. The Amount Due will be automatically debited from your account XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX2928 within 14 days"

Yes they no longer deduction before transfering to our accounts.  I noticed it about 3-4 months ago. I even paid the amount each month and then one month they sent it straight back to me within 3 days.
