Why Booking.COM cancel the orger , have no my agreement?

The guest cancel order, why did'nt have our agreement?

This is a partner Hub (group) and not help-desk of Booking D Com. 

We are also hosts, just like you. 

Advice: Sorry to hear about your guest not showing up. 

What do you mean: have no my agreement? 

Did your guest cancel, or do you have computer problems, or you say Booking.com did cancel??
